Minimum Lot Size: 0.75 acres
Ideal Site Dimension: 150' x 300'
Location Requirements: Far corner of an intersection or midblock; going home side; high-visibility; strong ingress/egress; high profile co-tenancy is preferred.
Deal Type: Prefer purchase.

Population: 15,000 in 3 mile radius

Key Milestones
- 2002 - partners Chip Hackett and Gary Dennis operated carwashes in the Atlanta for 16-years before partnering with Red Dog Equity to shape the company into today’s platform.
- 2018 - Mammoth expands to 22 locations
- 2020 - Mammoth expands to 47 locations
- 2021 - Mammoth expands to 91 locations - enters 16 states
- 2021 - Dave Hoffman named Chairman & CEO. Prior, Dave was the CEO of Dunkin Brands until its $11 Billion sale in December 2020. He also worked for McDonalds for 22 years, most recently serving as President of High Growth markets.
- 2021 - Corey Joslin named Chief operating Officer. Prior, Corey was Director of Operations at PureMagic Carwash for 12 years. He also worked 23 years developing and leading large-scale operations and driving operational excellence at International Paper the world’s largest paper manufacturer, and Luxottica the world’s largest optical company.
- 2021 – Mark Hidle named Chief People Officer. Prior, Mark was Vice President of Human Resources at Crane Merchandising Systems.
